Are you a service user of one of the Imperial College hospitals?

Healthwatch Central West London are arranging for participants to take part in a 90 minute workshop next Thursday 25^th September from 10.30 – 12pm at Charing Cross hospital which will aid the redevelopment of the Imperial website to better meet the needs of patients, their relatives and carers. Each participant will be offered £50 cash in recognition of the time they are giving up and refreshments will be provided.

Workshop details

• The workshop will last 90 minutes
• It will consist of a series of simple solo and group exercises (usually with pen and paper) aimed to identify and prioritise your needs and expectations. These will be followed by periods of group discussion.
• The workshop will explore any expectations and anyexperiences you may have had in terms of communications with your local hospitals (including Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, St Mary’s Hospital, Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital, and Western Eye Hospital).
• All materials will be provided so all you need to do is be prepared to tell them your opinions. Please bring reading glasses if you need them.
• You will be provided with all the instructions and guidance required.
