Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust are a key provider of community health services principally in the boroughs of Barnet, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
Their awarding-winning falls prevention teams work across the community and in peoples’ homes to support people at risk of falls by helping them to maintain active independent lives by avoiding fall related injuries and how to cope in the event of a fall.
They are holding a free health talk on falls prevention on the 29th of September from 3.00pm – 4.00pm, at the Abbey Centre, Great Smith Street, full details attached. Everyone is welcome.
