Having a clear vision and shared understanding of what West London Mental Health NHS Trust is here to do and how they do it is important. Shared values and behaviours and a common vision help everyone feel connected, and it helps their service users, carers, members and partners better understand what to expect from them and how best to work with them.

They will start by exploring what behaviours support their trust values of togetherness, responsibility, excellence and caring. They then want your views on what our trust’s vision should be – an aspirational statement of where they want to be in five years’ time.

They want as many people as possible to be part of this conversation. To enable this they are using an online discussion process so that people can engage with this conversation at a time and place that suits them. Using a simple, secure website, accessible from any device, you will be able to share your ideas, see and comment on the ideas of others and vote the best to the top, collectively identifying and prioritising the responses you feel are best.
