At the London Ambulance Service they are keen to consider the views of their patients and service users when they are developing their future plans. This year they are focusing in particular on mental health service users and patients with dementia.

Their first step in this work is to distribute surveys to service users and patients, with the aim of receiving as wide a range of responses as possible. They will then use the information from the survey responses to focus on key themes or suggestions, and hold some workshops, interviews and other activities to help them develop an action plan for future developments.
