The Horn of Africa Health & Wellbeing Project is a part of the Broadway Health Team, based in Shepherd’s Bush. They aim to improve health access and decrease health inequalities for people descending from the Horn of Africa in Hammersmith & Fulham, many of whom are vulnerably housed. The team are holding free interactive seminars where you can learn from experts about nutrition and how food can affect your body:

• Explore the impact that food and eating has on relationships with family and friends and the cultural and social aspects of healthy eating

• Learn about relaxation and de-stressing

• Learn how to cook healthy food on a budget
